Some KZN Events We Are Proud Of
GlamCam is an amazing place to work, and we’re not just saying that. Not only are we a bunch of really awesome people – yes, we love us – but we’re also so lucky to get front row access to a number of incredible local events, happening year round in our fabulous country.
Our photo booth hire services all come with an experienced photographer and sometimes an assistant too, so we get a VIP pass to all the magic! When it comes to event photography and videography, we’re also right up there with all the celebs, snapping shots of them in all their glory. We couldn’t be more fortunate or grateful for the work we do, so we thought we’d share some of that magic with you. These are all shots taken with our GlamCam units.
We Got To Meet Kingsley Holgate
Umhlanga Woman Achievers is a networking organisation that meets regularly to catch up, form business relationships, exchange details and bond over dinner or breakfast. We were there for a charity dinner they hosted where none other than the legendary Kingsley Holgate was the guest speaker. Everyone sat in awe as he spoke, wrapped up in his magnificent art of storytelling. The group then handed over a cheque for R50,000 to Project Rhino KZN. It was a great event to be a part of.
Who Doesn’t Want To Have Breakfast With The Sharks?
GlamCam was at the annual Sharks Ladies breakfast to capture the awesome moments between players and guests. Shark’s fans of the female persuasion get to enjoy uninterrupted moments with their favourite rugby team, having time to mingle and chat and also enjoy a leisurely breakfast. Must say we rather enjoyed being there for this. A must for anyone’s event calender!
MTV Mama Awards
The month of June and July saw the build up to the MTV Mama Awards with GlamCam making appearances at most of the night clubs in all 4 provinces. The culmination was the show stopping live feed of the MTV Awards at the ICC in Durban followed by the electric after party. We were there to capture shots of all the celebrities and nominees alike!
